The Charles Hotel

About The Charles Hotel

The Charles Hotel is in Harvard Square in Cambridge and offers more than 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Its wedding materials describe ceremonies in the outdoor courtyards and receptions in the Charles Ballroom, Pavilion-level rooms, or Regattabar. The hotel presents the Pavilion as an indoor-outdoor option, with glass doors opening onto the Lower Courtyard, and lists Regattabar for celebrations of up to 225 guests. Wedding and wedding-weekend events can also use private dining spaces in the hotel’s restaurants and bars. The hotel offers wedding coordination, a dedicated catering team, in-house catering, audiovisual support, and options for guestroom blocks and related gatherings. Wedding materials also list a complimentary wedding-night suite, preferred guestroom rates, and reduced-rate parking for wedding attendees. Room capacities vary by space and setup.
