Garage B is a flexible industrial event venue in the Charles River Speedway, converted from a 1940s garage. Its 3,300-square-foot open interior has operable glass garage doors connecting to a landscaped 1,700-square-foot patio, allowing events to use indoor and outdoor areas. The main space hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, including reception-only celebrations, and can be reset between ceremony and reception. Published capacity is up to 160 seated or 240 standing, with estimated layouts ranging from 180 guests for seated dinners or dinner and dancing to 200 for cocktail receptions. The venue includes a catering preparation area, storage, exclusive restrooms, a Q-Sys sound system, high-bandwidth WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and three dedicated parking spaces. A Venue Manager is on site during events; clients or their hired teams handle setup, breakdown and cleaning. Garage B does not provide catering or have a full kitchen, but recommends preferred caterers and permits approved outside vendors. Up to three food trucks may be accommodated. The patio can be tented through a third-party provider, and heaters are available for an additional fee. The Annex is a separate 1,000-square-foot auxiliary event space on the Speedway property. It accommodates up to 30 seated or 50 standing guests and may be booked separately or added as a discounted full-day extension. It is used for wedding-related gatherings, getting ready, photography and as a quiet retreat. All Charles River Speedway buildings are described as handicap-accessible. Additional guest parking may be available by advance request for a fee on Thursdays through Sundays.

2026 evening rental rates vary by weekday and season: Monday–Wednesday $3,250–$4,250; Thursday $4,500–$5,500; Friday $6,000–$7,000; Saturday $6,800–$8,000; Sunday $5,750–$6,750. Off-peak is January–April and peak is May–December; 2027 rates are subject to change. Rental includes 12 hours for setup, event and breakdown; extra hours and parking may cost more. A signed contract and deposit are required to hold a date.
