Its event spaces include the Charles Eliot Room, serviced by the on-site UNI restaurant, which has a working fireplace and seats up to 50 for a sit-down dinner or 65 in reception style, with space for up to 16 for meetings. The smaller Commonwealth Boardroom, at 288 square feet, suits corporate meetings and small dinner parties of up to 10. UNI, a contemporary izakaya led by Chef Ken Oringer, also offers private and semi-private dining, including a 14-person communal table, private rooms, and full-restaurant buyout options. Accommodations include deluxe guestrooms with one queen or two double beds, one-bedroom suites with a queen sleeper sofa in a living room separated from the bedroom by double French doors, and two-bedroom suites with two marble bathrooms.
