About wedplan.ai
wedplan.ai is a wedding planning site: a directory of wedding venues and vendors, and one shared plan for the couple, the venue, the vendors and the guests.
Who makes it
wedplan.ai is made by Cenovio Jaimes in Michigan. It is built with AI agents: the software, the venue directory and the planning guides are made by AI under his direction.
It started with one venue’s floor plans — drawing a real building to scale so a couple’s layout fits the actual room — and grew into the whole plan around the wedding.
Where the venue directory comes from
Every venue page is compiled by AI from public information: the venue’s own website first, then its public listings. It records what couples ask first — how many guests, what it costs, indoor or outdoor, what kind of place it is — and photos from the venue’s own website, credited to it. The directory grows state by state; the coverage page shows where it stands.
Because it reads venues’ own websites, it includes venues that never paid a wedding guide to be listed. Each page says whether the venue also appears on WeddingWire and Zola, and when that was checked.
AI makes mistakes. A page marked “Managed by the venue” has been claimed by someone who proved they speak for that venue, and they keep it current.
How a venue claims its page
Open the venue’s page and choose Claim your listing. Prove you speak for the venue in one of three ways: a code sent to the email on the listing, one line added to the venue’s website, or a phone call to the number on the listing. Once verified, you can correct the details, add photos and answer couples’ tour requests. Claiming is free.
A venue that is not in the directory yet can add itself the same way, for free.
Vendors and the planning guides
Wedding vendors list themselves; every vendor listing shows a real starting price. Nobody pays to be placed higher. The guides on Boards are written by wedplan.ai and point to their sources.
