Barnwood Events is a barn wedding and event venue set on eight private, wooded acres in Madison, Wisconsin. The property features a timber-framed grand hall with 30-foot ceilings, a bright four-season porch, and multiple outdoor ceremony sites beneath 200-year-old oak trees and a weeping willow. The indoor grand hall seats 250–260 guests, with overflow into the covered porch, and outdoor spaces accommodate up to 300 guests. Two getting-ready suites are included: a larger suite with four makeup stations and a private powder room, and a smaller suite with a TV, mini-fridge, and sound system. The on-site Farmhouse, a renovated 1800s building, offers lodging for up to 20 guests when both sides are rented (large side sleeps 14, small side sleeps 6). Amenities include full bar service with a liquor license, professional AV with a 180-inch screen and six flat-screen TVs, free parking for 170+ vehicles with EV charging stations, climate control, and an extensive free-to-use décor closet. The venue provides in-house coordination services, setup and teardown, and a catering prep kitchen. Partner hotels offer complimentary shuttle service for room blocks. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with one-level layout and handicap parking.
