The property features two distinct barns: a Reception Barn seating up to 300 guests with exposed wood trusses, hand-milled spruce walls, vintage chandeliers, a covered patio with sunset views, and a 34-foot hand-crafted bar; and a Ceremony Barn seating up to 250 guests, also climate-controlled and equipped with indoor restrooms and a bridal suite. An outdoor wooded ceremony area with a stone setting and custom arch provides a shaded alternative, with the Ceremony Barn as a weather backup. Two bridal suites offer preparation space with mirrors, makeup counters, and mini-fridges. The venue supplies complimentary decor, tables, white-washed Chiavari chairs, and full setup/takedown. Modern technology includes an HD projector, integrated sound system, and wireless microphones. On-site parking accommodates up to 110 vehicles, and a fire pit with seating for eight adds an evening gathering spot. The venue hosts one event per day and is fully handicap-accessible. Bar packages are provided through a full-service bar; outside alcohol is not permitted. Catering must be from the approved list.
