The Wildwood Barn & Cottage

About The Wildwood Barn & Cottage

Set on 35 wooded acres in Waterloo, The Wildwood Barn & Cottage combines a preserved century-old barn, cottage and farmstead outbuildings for weddings and special events. Couples can hold an indoor ceremony in the barn or use the wooded outdoor ceremony areas, with the barn available as a weather backup. Reception space includes a commercial-grade tent with seating for up to 200 guests; the rental also brings the ceremony and reception together on the property. Amenities include tables and chairs with setup and takedown, temperature-controlled restrooms, a full-service licensed bar, the Boxcar Bar, a Groom’s Garage, trails, a pond and a fire pit. The cottage offers a kitchen, air conditioning, a honeymoon bedroom and a separate getting-ready room. Weekend packages include overnight accommodation for the couple; Friday rentals include a Thursday rehearsal.
