An indoor ceremony space in the barn loft serves as a weather backup. Receptions take place in the barn's main level, seating up to 125 guests at custom farmhouse tables, with an additional loft area seating up to 100, for a total reception capacity of 225. The open-air patio with fireplace, string lights, and optional outdoor bar is used for cocktail hour and dancing. The property includes paved, lit parking for up to 180 vehicles, an outdoor pizza oven, yard games, walking trails, and numerous photo locations such as the pond, willow trees, and the old sheep barn. The venue operates by appointment only, with tours scheduled weekdays. Harvest Moon Pond holds a beer, wine, and liquor license and provides in-house bar service with a required bar minimum. Catering must be selected from a preferred list. No on-site lodging is available; nearby hotels are recommended. The venue is open for weddings and private events year-round, with peak season (May–October) and low season (November–April) pricing.
