The Henley Park Hotel is a boutique hotel at 926 Massachusetts Avenue NW in downtown Washington, D.C., about one block from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. It occupies a restored Tudor-style building that was originally the Tudor Hall Apartments and was converted into a hotel in 1982. Original features, including archways, leaded-glass windows, stained-glass initials and Mercer-tiled floors, have been retained. Guest accommodations are Superior Queen, Superior King, Deluxe King and Junior Suite rooms, furnished with antiques and offering Frette linens and flat-screen televisions. Some rooms include a bar area, and the suites include sitting areas. Dining is offered at The Tavern, a restaurant under a skylight atrium that serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Blue Bar Lounge serves cocktails and shareable small plates in the evening. The hotel has four meeting and event rooms: the Wilkes Room, a traditional drawing room with a fireplace; the Blue Bar; the Eton Room; and the Front Parlor. Events can be planned with custom catering, table arrangement options, audiovisual equipment and room set-up. The hotel also offers concierge service and overnight parking in an on-site gated garage.
