About Three Chimneys Inn

Three Chimneys Inn is a historic property atop Valentine Hill overlooking the Oyster River, with landscaped gardens, lighted arbors, stone walkways and a reflecting pool with fountain. Weddings can include outdoor ceremonies in the gardens during May through October, or indoor ceremonies in the Madbury Room by the fireplace from January through April and in November and December. The Terrace is used for seasonal cocktail hours, with indoor spaces available in case of inclement weather. The Inn describes gatherings from 20 to 200 guests, and the Madbury Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests with Tavern rental. Event menus feature locally sourced food and tailored options; the Inn also offers 23 guest rooms across the 1649 homestead and 1795 Carriage House, with complimentary onsite parking and daily continental breakfast. Upper-floor guest rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Separate food and beverage minimums apply: $7,500 Saturday evenings with a 75-guest minimum; $5,000 Friday evenings and Sundays with a 50-guest minimum. Holiday-weekend Sundays follow Saturday pricing and a 75-guest minimum. Food packages and taxes/service charges are additional.
