Published wedding starting rates are $1,500 for a ceremony ($2,000 on weekends), $5,000 for a ceremony with outdoor reception ($5,500 on weekends), and $2,750 for a ceremony with indoor reception ($3,000 on weekends); future pricing may change. A separate 2025 corporate-events brochure lists general rentals of $750 for Hooper-Hathaway and Plumsock-Holyoke, $1,500 for the small lawn, and $3,500 for the large lawn; these are not identified as wedding-specific rates. Inquire about October pricing, nonprofit pricing and other fees. Rentals are subject to a security deposit.
