About Ropes Mansion and Garden

The Ropes Mansion garden is a one-acre Colonial Revival garden in Salem’s McIntire Historic District. Designed by Salem botanist and horticulturist John Robinson in 1912, it features plantings that include a 100-year-old copper beech tree.
