The building retains rustic industrial character with original wood beams, cream city brick walls, large windows, and wood floors. It offers 18,000 square feet across two floors, dedicated to one event per day. The main event spaces are on the second floor: a ceremony space (1,800 sq ft) that accommodates up to 250 guests, and an adjacent reception and dining area (approximately 4,000 sq ft) with tables and chairs included. The first floor features a full-service bar (1,200 sq ft) with a copper-and-penny top, a dance floor (1,200 sq ft), and two partner suites for getting ready: the Leif Room (500 sq ft) and the McKay Room (1,400 sq ft). An outdoor patio off the bar lounge seats up to 19 guests. Amenities include a ramp entrance, elevator, free private parking for 80 vehicles, a catering prep kitchen, and an on-site floral studio. Catering is provided by pre-approved professional caterers, and bar service is provided exclusively by Drikke LLC. The venue also functions as a commercial studio for photo and film shoots.
