About The Eliot Estate
The Eliot Estate is a family farm at 8080 Township Road 508 in Lakeville, Ohio, set among the rolling hills of Amish Country in Holmes County. Its 1800s bank barn, moved to the property in 2022 and restored with white oak beams and European-inspired design, is offered for private celebrations. The barn can host up to 50 guests, and events can extend onto the patio and the lavender fields outside. The barn is also divided into a Guest House, which sleeps up to 4 guests in a main-level bedroom and a loft, with king beds, a kitchen, a grill and mini-split air conditioning. The lavender fields on the family farm are visited seasonally, from mid-June to mid-July, with free admission, outdoor seating, public restrooms and purchasable professional photography time slots.
