The Bicentennial Barn is a historic barn in Huber Heights, Ohio, that has been renovated into a modern wedding venue. The main banquet area features massive 13-foot-tall picture windows that provide ideal natural light for photography. The venue offers dedicated bride and groom rooms, each with a private bathroom, and a prep area for caterers. It includes two custom-built bars, refrigerators and freezers, and off-street parking for approximately 120 vehicles. The barn is fully ADA compliant, has air conditioning and heating, and is open year-round. There are no sound restrictions due to the lack of residential neighbors. The venue hosts one wedding per day and provides ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, a two-hour rehearsal, and a planning meeting. Guests may choose any caterer with active insurance and an Ohio Catering Food Service Operation License; alcohol must be BYOB with an insured bartender approved by the venue. Multiple hotels are located nearby across the metropark that borders the property.
