The Berry Room is a versatile banquet and conference room located on the third floor of the Wright State University Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. Ideal for wedding receptions, corporate events, seminars, and social gatherings, the space offers 4,800 square feet that can be subdivided into one to three rooms using recessed movable walls. It accommodates up to 200 guests for banquets or 400 for theatre-style seating. The flat-rate wedding reception package ($950 full day) includes a 21'x21' portable dance floor, six-foot oval tables, chairs, parking lot signage, and setup/teardown. An outdoor patio is available for an additional $50. Exclusive on-site catering is provided by SAVOR/Chartwells, and alcoholic beverage service requires security officers. Free accessible parking is available in Lot 1 on the same level. The Berry Room is wheelchair accessible with automatic doors and ramps.
