Venue rental rates vary by date, day, and season. Listed rates range from $4,400 to $8,000 for Jan.–Oct. 2027/28 and from $4,750 to $6,900 for Nov.–Dec. 2026/2027/28. A three-hour Tuesday or Wednesday micro-wedding package for up to 30 guests is listed at $2,250. Holiday weekends cost $500 extra; events over 240 guests cost an additional $250. Packages and add-ons may carry separate charges.
