Sailors Landing is a private waterfront estate in Boothbay Harbor with eight acres of lawns, woodland paths, pond and rocky coastline. The grounds accommodate waterfront ceremonies and tented receptions, with more than 1,200 feet of shoreline and space for caterers and cocktail pavilions. The estate is reserved exclusively for celebrations, and couples can choose a ceremony and reception experience or extend the event to include a rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. The venue does not require couples to use specific vendors; planners arrange rentals, catering and other event details separately. The estate includes a bridal suite with a fireplace, grand piano, full kitchen and ocean-view bedroom. A private dock and mooring can feature in the event, including yacht arrivals or departures. The five-bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 10, with an adjacent bunkhouse for five; the destination weekend experience includes a two-night stay for 10 to 15 overnight guests. The farmhouse has four bathrooms, two kitchens, Wi-Fi, laundry, heating and air conditioning, an oceanfront deck, barbecue and fire pit. An accessible first-floor bathroom is also described.

Venue experience rates vary by guest count: Estate Celebration $25,000 for up to 125 guests and $28,000 for 126–200; Wedding Weekend Experience $27,500 and $32,500, respectively; Destination Wedding Weekend $30,000 and $35,000, respectively. Adjusted rates are available for events up to 250 guests upon inquiry. Seasonal pricing is available for select late May and early October dates. Additional farmhouse nights are $1,800 per night, subject to availability.
