About Walnut Hill
Walnut Hill is a four-acre garden estate in North Yarmouth, about 25 minutes from Portland, with custom gardens, mature trees, and a woodland ceremony grove reached by a winding boardwalk. The restored 1887 post-and-beam barn offers a vaulted interior, built-in bar, chandeliers, temperature-controlled restrooms, and doors opening onto a granite patio. Couples can hold ceremonies in the grove and use the barn, patio, cocktail lawn, or evergreen grove for receptions and other weekend gatherings, with two tenting locations on the grounds. The farmhouse has five bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 overnight guests, with spaces for getting ready and a professional kitchen. Walnut Hill hosts one exclusive wedding per weekend from May through November, with private estate access from Thursday to Sunday.
