About Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course
The clubhouse at the Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course, in Brookline's Putterham neighborhood, is set up for private celebrations such as birthdays, bar mitzvahs, baby showers and anniversaries, as well as cocktail receptions, retirement parties, fundraising nights and company gatherings. The clubhouse has classic New England architecture with a wood-burning fireplace, and its porches overlook the golf course, including the 18th green from the lower porch. The porches open during warm seasons, so events can run across indoor dining rooms and outdoor porch space. The Hemlock Grill, on the clubhouse's main floor, pairs its menu with these celebrations. The setting is a historic 18-hole public municipal course in the wooded Putterham area, with free parking at the entrance.
