Chronicles Event Center is a renovated farm property in rural Brownstown, Indiana, offering two historic barns for weddings and events. The property has countryside views, a pond and a covered bridge leading to parking. Grandpa's Barn (Barn 1) is an indoor ceremony space seating up to 300 guests with exposed mortise-and-tenon framing. Daddy's Barn (Barn 2) is the reception and event barn, accommodating up to 150 guests, with a kitchenette and indoor/outdoor stereo. Bride and groom changing rooms, a pergola and multiple photo backdrops are available. Outdoor ceremonies or receptions require separately rented seating and tents. The venue holds an onsite liquor license and offers full bar service. The $4,000 wedding package provides two-day access for a rehearsal dinner and wedding day, including both barns, tables and chairs. Catering, DJ and planning services are available through independent recommended vendors.

Pricing note

Wedding rental for rehearsal dinner and wedding day is $4,000, with a separate $1,000 damage deposit. The damage deposit is nonrefundable on cancellation and refunded after the event if nothing is damaged. General non-wedding events have separate starting rates of $300 for 75 or fewer guests or $600 for more than 75; those rates are not the wedding package price.
