The property features a restored barn that was originally prepared for the owners' daughter's wedding in 2016 and subsequently opened as a commercial venue. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions, accommodating up to 200 guests. The barn serves as the main indoor space, while the surrounding grounds provide outdoor areas. The venue operates from April through October, with July rentals offered at a discounted rate. Three rental packages provide access to the barn and its amenities, including tables, chairs, linens, a wooden altar, and a collection of props. The venue allows couples to choose their own vendors and permits beer and wine service with a licensed bartender. Tours of the property are available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings and Sunday days. The venue is handicap accessible except for exterior grass and gravel areas.
