Bella Villa Hall

Wedding venue in Kettering, Ohio

About Bella Villa Hall

Bella Villa Hall is the reception hall of John Pirelli Lodge #1633 of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, at 2625 County Line Road in Kettering, Ohio. The grounds cover several acres of shade trees and include six tournament-grade outdoor bocce courts with turf surfaces, shelter covers and night lighting, plus a picnic pavilion. The hall and exterior grounds together accommodate up to 232 people at one time. A smaller rental building, the Little House, can be booked on its own or combined with the main lodge. The hall is rented for private occasions, and rentals are limited to lodge members in good standing, who may rent for their own use or for their parents and children. Rentals include the hall, picnic area, paved parking, exterior grounds and bocce courts, but not the garage or bandstand. Renters supply their own audio system, cookware and serving items, and a non-member caterer may not prepare food in the hall.
