Wedding rentals include tables and chairs downstairs, 40 white folding chairs upstairs, a simply decorated floral arch, beverage and serving pieces, seasonal floral centerpieces, a small preparation area for the bride and bridal party, and use of the back patio. A tour and consultation, plus a final walk-through one to two weeks before the event, are included. Setup and takedown time must be included in the rental period. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and outside the venue.
