Wilson's Ciderhouse & Venue
Wedding venue in Iowa City, Iowa
About Wilson's Ciderhouse & Venue
Set among the apple trees at Wilson's Orchard, the Ciderhouse occupies two floors of a century-old barn and serves as both a restaurant and event center. The indoor event space features reclaimed barn wood, 14-foot ceilings and orchard views, with capacity for up to 225 guests. Couples can hold an outdoor ceremony at a naturally shaded site near the barn, then use the reception space; the wedding rental includes chairs and tables, changing and storage rooms, and staff setup and teardown. On-site catering offers plated, buffet and family-style meals, alongside a customizable bar menu with cocktails and the orchard's craft cider. The venue also hosts private events such as meetings, graduation celebrations, holiday parties, fundraisers and banquets.
