Set on a restored saltwater farm on the Maine coast, Wells Reserve at Laudholm offers a historic barn, auditorium, kitchen, and grounds for wedding celebrations. Couples may hold open-air or tented activities on the grounds; small gatherings may also take place at the public Laudholm Beach. The campus features expansive lawns and the farmhouse’s wrap-around porch, with Wells Bay visible from the site and the beach a 10- to 20-minute walk away. The venue provides public restrooms and parking, a full kitchen and workspace for caterers, and multiple locations for bar service. Couples choose their own vendors; there are no packages or on-site guest accommodations.
