Ceremonies can be held on the upper lawn or in the farmhouse field, with covered options in the barn, on the bungalow’s wraparound porch, or under a tent. The stone patio, bungalow porch, and upper lawn offer cocktail-hour settings. Receptions seat up to 160 guests in the barn with a dance floor, or up to 220 guests in a tent in the field; micro-wedding packages are available for gatherings under 50. The barn has attached accessible bathrooms, heating, and cooling by request. The venue requires at least a day-of planner and uses preferred vendors for planning, rentals, catering, and bar, with prior approval required for alternatives. Couples may supply their own alcohol with proper insurance and a licensed bartender.
