Wave Hill
Wedding venue in Bronx, New York
About Wave Hill
Wave Hill is a public garden and cultural center on a 28-acre site above the Hudson River, with views of the Palisades. Wedding ceremonies are held at the Pergola on the Great Lawn or on the Lower Lawn; cocktail hours can use the Great Lawn, Lower Lawn, or the Kate French Terrace, which is partly covered by a three-season tent. Receptions take place in Armor Hall, with dinner seating for up to 120 guests when the room also holds a band or DJ and dance floor, or up to 180 when dancing is set in the adjacent Mark Twain Room. Weddings are evening events, with ceremonies beginning at 6 p.m. or later, and one event is booked per date. The venue offers indoor ceremony alternatives for inclement weather and catering, bar service, staffing, rental coordination, and event-planning requirements through its stated providers and policies. On-site event parking is available; valet service is required for event vehicle counts of 25 or more.
