About The West Venue

The West Venue is an indoor event space in West Midtown Atlanta, combining a 4,700-square-foot Hall with a 2,500-square-foot industrial Lounge. The Hall has 30-foot wood ceilings, a 10-foot chandelier, color-changing ceiling lights, projection mapping, round tables and Chiavari chairs; it seats 270 at round tables or accommodates 300 for standing or theater-style arrangements. The Lounge has 20-foot ceilings, a built-in bar, metal chandeliers and two projection walls; it seats 150 at round tables or accommodates 200 or more standing. The Lounge can host a ceremony or cocktail hour while the Hall is prepared for the reception, and the venue also supports ceremonies in either space. Rentals of both spaces are listed for a combined venue capacity of 300. Venue rental rates depend on the space, day and rental length. Eight-hour rentals range from $3,900 to $6,900, and 11-hour rentals for both spaces range from $5,900 to $7,400; rates may vary for city-wide events and holiday weekends. Couples may bring an insured caterer, and bar service is available through the venue or a licensed, insured outside bartender. Included furnishings include tables and chairs, with two private dressing rooms and an on-site manager listed in the venue guide. The venue offers free on-site and on-street parking, ground-level ADA-accessible entry and restrooms, and asks couples to inquire about suite options and timing. Venue staff handle the space rather than full wedding planning.
