Couples can choose an outdoor ceremony on the patio or an indoor ceremony beneath a climate-controlled atrium wall. The reception hall seats up to 300, while the outdoor ceremony patio seats 160 on benches, with additional seating available. Covered patio areas offer space for guests during cocktail hour or to enjoy the outdoors. Included amenities include tables, chairs and linens for up to 300 guests, a caterer's prep kitchen with private bath, a 22-foot bar, a one-hour rehearsal, floor plan consultation and on-site event staff. Two detached 900-square-foot suites provide separate getting-ready spaces for the wedding parties; both have covered patios, kitchenettes and full bathrooms. The bridal suite also has salon stations, a beauty bar and dressing room, while the groom's suite includes a loft with a sectional and TV. The venue has a zero-entry layout without stairs. It does not offer on-site lodging. Couples may bring their choice of vendors, but catering must be full-service, licensed and insured, and alcohol service must use the venue's bar service. Event insurance is required.
