About The Rochester Hotel
Built in 1892 and renovated in 2022, The Rochester Hotel is a historic property in downtown Durango with a garden courtyard and the Peeples Bar. Its wedding offerings focus on intimate outdoor gatherings, including micro weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners and reception-only celebrations. The courtyard is primarily designed for outdoor dinner receptions; very small ceremonies may be possible depending on timing and layout, while most couples hold their ceremony nearby and return for cocktails and a garden dinner.
