About The Porter Center

The Porter Center is an event space at 210 West Fulton Street in downtown Edgerton, Wisconsin, on the ground floor of an 1854 building that is the oldest in Edgerton and was once the city's oldest hotel and general store. The event hall has exposed brick, tall windows and original architectural details, with flexible room layouts for gatherings of up to 75 guests. Rentals include tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, two wall-mounted smart TVs for presentations, three restrooms and ADA accessibility. A commercial kitchen is available when it is included in the booking, and renters may bring food from any restaurant or caterer or prepare it on site. The space is used for birthdays, showers, family celebrations, graduation parties, celebrations of life, corporate meetings and workshops. A separate commercial ghost kitchen is also available for hourly rental. Events must end by 11:00 pm, and on-street parking is available with public lots within about a block.
