The Grand Salon accommodates seated dinners for up to 300, while the open-air Verandah provides space for cocktail hour or an extension of the reception. Heated and cooled indoor spaces allow ceremonies, cocktail hour, and receptions for up to 300 to take place under one roof, with outdoor areas and tent space available as options. The venue hosts one event per day, with exclusive access from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Rentals include planning meetings with the Events Team, day-of staff for table and chair setup and movement, tables, champagne Chiavari chairs, colored uplighting, basic décor, two separate getting-ready spaces, and paved, lighted parking with overnight parking. The bridal suite has hair and makeup stations, lounge furniture, and a private bath; the separate wedding party loft has a deck and private bath. Couples may choose from licensed and insured caterers subject to venue approval; catering and bar service are not included. Weather contingency planning is provided, and multi-day rental packages are available.
