About The Cypress House
The Cypress House is an 1835 Federal-style estate on 24 acres along the Susquehanna River in New Columbia. Its garden setting includes colonial gardens and a 360-degree boxwood ceremony garden, with vows on handmade benches beneath a circular altar. Couples can use the pool and fountains for cocktail hour, with custom bars, and hold a tented reception among the gardens and trees. The venue offers in-house coordination, florals, design, décor and rentals; tables, chairs, lighting and linens are provided for tented receptions, with setup and teardown on the ceremony day. Guided on-site guest parking is available.
