About The Chapman Farmstead

The Chapman Farmstead is a working family farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with a hand-built barn overlooking pastures and mountain views. Its climate-controlled venue can host events indoors or outdoors. Wedding packages include access for a ceremony and reception; all event packages provide tables and chairs for up to 150 people, a kitchen prep area, restrooms, decoration options, and bagged trash takeout. Wedding packages also include a bridal suite and groom’s room.

Pricing note

Wedding packages list $4,000 for Friday rehearsal and Saturday ceremony/reception, or $3,000 for a Sunday ceremony/reception. Elopements start at $2,000, are limited to 75 guests, and can be booked less than six weeks out. Smaller events start at $350. Listed add-ons include weekday rehearsal ($500), venue staff cleanup ($400), alcohol service ($500, beverages, cups, and bartender not included), and other time, setup, photo, and parking options.
