The Baucom House is a mid-century modern estate on a 14-acre property surrounded by Raleigh farmland. Weddings can use the lawn beneath twin oak trees for ceremonies, with the reception tent available as a ceremony backup. Cocktail hour can take place on the original red brick patio, and receptions are held in a 40-by-100-foot tent on a poured concrete pad, with fans and market lights. The tent accommodates up to 250 guests; the house is used for micro weddings of up to 50 guests. The house has two bridal party wings with getting-ready suites, lounges and recreation areas. Tables and chairs for up to 250 are included, and the property also provides a golf cart shuttle, parking attendants, and designated accessible parking. Overnight stays are available through certain packages or by individual booking, subject to availability; the house accommodates 10–12 guests.

Separate all-inclusive packages are listed for weekday elopements (up to 25 guests) at $7,500, weekday micro weddings (up to 50) at $12,000, and an all-inclusive experience (up to 100) at $16,000 Friday or $25,000 Saturday.
