About The Ballroom at Cardinal Hills
The Ballroom at Cardinal Hills is a dedicated event venue and banquet hall located within the Cardinal Hills golf course in Selma, Indiana, just east of Muncie. The indoor ballroom features a cathedral ceiling with California Redwood beams and includes a spacious dance floor, a full-service bar area, climate control, and indoor restrooms. An outdoor ceremony space on the golf course offers a natural, picturesque setting. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated dinner and more for cocktail-style receptions. The all-inclusive base price covers tables, chairs, place settings, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, tablecloths, table skirting, setup, tear-down, and post-event clean-up. A dedicated event coordinator assists throughout the planning process. Catering is provided by outside licensed and insured caterers; the venue offers a preferred vendor list. Décor restrictions prohibit nails, staples, tape on walls, confetti, glitter, open flames, and unenclosed candles; helium balloons must be weighted.
