Studio 525 is a street-level event space at 525 West 24th Street in West Chelsea's Arts District, close to the High Line and surrounded by established galleries. The building was completed in 1936 as a garage for warehousing and now presents a long green metal-paneled façade. Inside, the venue of about 5,000 square feet pairs a white-box finish with historic character. Its main room, Studio A, is column-free, has a skylight, soaring ceilings and exposed beams, and includes in-house AV, projection mapping and dynamic lighting. The space accommodates roughly 40 to 280 guests, with 270 standing or 150 to 200 seated depending on configuration. Connected rooms include Studio B, which is directly joined to the main room yet separated from it and suited to bars and breakout areas; an Alcove linking Studio A and Studio B; a furnished VIP/green room with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom; an elevated library mezzanine; and a back-mezzanine conference room. A dedicated coat check, a full kitchen, and a back-of-house area with a private street-level staff entrance support catering and production. Built-in rigging on the steel beams, power, and gigabit fiber with Wi-Fi 6 are available, and the exterior, front doors and interior can be branded, with walls restored to white after events. Clients may bring any vendors they prefer, and on-site speakers owned by Oxygen Eventworks are optional.
