About St. Clarence Pavilion

St. Clarence offers several accessible event spaces for private gatherings. The Pavilion is a 200–300 guest hall with glass sliding doors, heating, a fireplace, stage, refrigeration, ice machine, outdoor grill and an uncovered deck overlooking a wooded Metro Park lot. It is not air conditioned. The Terrace Room, entered through a trellised patio garden, is suited to smaller weddings and other celebrations, with a maximum capacity of 150 guests and a more comfortable fit at about 135. It has a carpeted seating area, a small tiled dance floor, refrigerator, stove, microwave and ice machine. The Main Hall accommodates 350–400 guests and includes a stage, dance floor, bar and ice machine, with kitchen access for warming food. The adjacent Mezzanine can be rented with the Main Hall or separately and accommodates up to 125 guests. Weddings must be catered; Taste of Excellence is the preferred caterer. Rental inquiries and updates are directed to the parish office.
