About SkyView on Hay Event Center

SkyView on Hay is a light-filled event venue in downtown Fayetteville, housed in a restored mid-century modern building at 121 Hay Street. Its wedding offerings include four distinct spaces—the Ballroom, Level 2, Garden Terrace, and Garden View—which can be selected individually or combined for ceremonies and receptions. The Ballroom is the largest room; Level 2 and Garden Terrace are also identified for wedding ceremonies, while the smaller Garden Terrace is frequently used for vow exchanges or cocktail hours. The Vault, a former bank vault, is available for private gatherings, bridal preparation, or other specialty uses. The venue’s interior spaces feature large windows and skylights, with Garden Terrace opening toward the Zen Garden and atrium. Exterior garden and patio areas provide additional outdoor settings and photo backdrops. Event support includes setup and cleanup, on-site staff, catering preparation kitchens, and optional planning, coordination, décor rentals, and bar service. Guests may bring their own caterer and food; SkyView handles alcoholic beverage service.
