The main room has a fully carpeted floor and 14-foot ceilings; it is suited to wedding ceremonies, receptions and vow renewals, as well as other celebrations and meetings. The venue seats up to 60 guests, accommodates 80 for cocktail or standing events, and can be arranged with up to 100 chairs in theatre or ceremony style. A caterer’s kitchen, sound system, tables and chairs, and on-site event staff are included with rentals. Couples may bring their own caterer and vendors or choose optional planning and coordination services.

Hourly rental has a four-hour minimum. Rates listed are $800 for five hours, with additional hours at $160 each, or $1,300 for ten hours, with additional hours at $130 each. Discounts are listed for military groups, nonprofits and Sunday–Thursday bookings. A $350 nonrefundable deposit is applied to the balance; remaining balance and damage deposit are due 60 days before the event.
