Sanctuary Farm is a 28-acre nature-centered wedding and event venue just outside Chapel Hill, with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces amid gardens, a pond, wooded areas, and open grounds. Couples can hold ceremonies beneath the trees at The Grove, beside the pond at the gazebo, or indoors in the renovated barn’s Rustic Loft; the barn’s two lofts and catering kitchen also support receptions and rehearsal dinners. The venue accommodates up to 180 event guests, with seating for 100 in the gazebo and in each renovated barn loft; standing room in the lofts is listed up to 180. On-site lodging for up to 40 is available with weddings and private events, including six yomes, two yurts, and four climate-controlled barn rooms. The property operates on solar power and uses organic and regenerative land-care practices.
