About Chapel Hill Carriage House, Farm & Gardens

Set just outside Chapel Hill, the private farm venue has landscaped grounds with gardens, ponds, woodland, and open space. Couples can choose a ceremony location on the grounds, including settings by a pond, stone fireplace, or outdoor chapel. Receptions take place in an open-air barn, with an outdoor patio and stone fireplace also available for gatherings. Cocktail-hour activities include a floating dock, natural putting course, yard games, and occasional visits from the farm’s alpaca and llamas. The wedding package includes a bridal suite with a full bathroom, a groom’s lounge, an event coordinator, parking attendants, table and chair setup and breakdown, tables, padded chairs, benches, and access to wedding accessories. The venue can host up to 150 guests. Couples select their own food, drinks, music, and flowers; DJs and caterers require pre-approval. Events are limited to six hours, and music must stop by 10 p.m.
