About ROW 24

ROW 24 is a family-run event venue in Chicago’s historic Motor Row district, housed in the former Speedwell Motor Company showroom. The 1903 landmark pairs an open first-floor showroom, exposed brick, a renovated skylight and a 6-by-3.5-foot Swarovski crystal chandelier with an 800-square-foot mezzanine overlooking the main floor. The venue offers ceremony options on the mezzanine, main floor or courtyard, as well as wedding receptions and a 10-hour wedding buyout with three hours for setup, six hours of event time and one hour for teardown. Published wedding configurations include seated dinner for up to 150 on the first floor or 200 with the mezzanine, and cocktail-style events for up to 275 across both floors; separate ceremony-and-reception configurations have lower limits. The venue provides a dedicated manager, planning walk-through, on-site maintenance and security, a private bridal suite, tables, couches, movable bars, house sound, wireless internet, event drapes and a photo booth. Bar packages include customizable beverage options with professional staff. Catering is arranged through preferred partners or outside caterers meeting the venue’s licensing and insurance requirements. Parking access is available, with availability or fees dependent on the arrangement. The venue also lists two accessible restrooms and a ground-floor entrance.
