The venue is divided into two independent sides—East and West—each with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, and can be opened together via barn doors. It hosts weddings, ceremonies and receptions, offering up to 70 seated guests or 90 cocktail‑style guests, with a maximum overall capacity of 99. The space includes a Sonos sound system, Wi‑Fi, kitchenettes, tables, chairs, linens (add‑ons) and a bridal‑suite, operates on a BYOB policy with outside catering allowed, and provides free street parking. Events run from noon to 11 PM and must end by midnight.
