Rixey Manor is an 1801 estate on 30 private acres in Culpeper County, with a private lake and views toward the Blue Ridge. It hosts one wedding per weekend with exclusive use of the property. The lakeside carriage steps provide an outdoor ceremony setting for up to 200 guests. Receptions can be held in the climate-controlled ballroom, which seats up to 100, or on the accessible terrace with a tent for up to 200. The west-facing rooftop offers a cocktail-hour or alternate ceremony space, but is accessible by stairs only. The manor and separate Blacksmith Cottage provide overnight lodging for up to 14 guests. Bookings include a coordinator, venue team, licensed bartending, tables and Chiavari chairs, basic linens, silk floral and candle centerpieces, and use of the décor inventory. Couples may choose their own caterer and bring their own alcohol without corkage fees. On-site parking and Wi-Fi are available; the ballroom, main-floor areas, terrace, patio, and ceremony lawn are accessible, while the rooftop and upper-floor bedrooms require stairs.
