Wedding packages combine a two-day venue rental with a two-night stay for up to 10 overnight guests. The five-bedroom home has four full baths, shared living spaces, a kitchen, two dining rooms, a library, and an open third-floor gathering space. Small rehearsal dinners of up to 20 may be held indoors; for weddings and events over 30, indoor spaces are reserved for lodging guests. The venue requires approved full-service catering when food is served, and planner requirements vary by guest count. Grand Celebration package is listed for 71–150 guests at $14,600 off-season or $15,500 peak season; a separate listing for 150–200 guests shows $9,000 off-season or $10,500 peak season.
