Resistance Wine Company is a winery and tasting room on North Pioneer Street in downtown Ashland, Oregon, in the Rogue Valley. The back room can be reserved for a private evening, and the tasting room hosts private events for groups from small parties up to a full room. Renting the space includes event-planning help covering layout and timing. Hosts can bring their own catering or arrange a wood-fired menu from The Allium, a separate food-truck business that parks outside the tasting room on Friday pizza nights and sometimes caters offsite events.
