Pickering House Inn is a historic hotel in downtown Wolfeboro, near Lake Winnipesaukee. Its restored 19th-century Barn offers an in-town setting for wedding events, with a 40-by-60-foot open first-floor space, open lofts, a built-in bar, a dance floor, and seating for up to 150 for sit-down events. The Barn has heating and air conditioning, interior ADA-compliant bathrooms, and a heated brick entry ramp. The venue hosts a select number of wedding weekends and micro weddings each year. Wedding events include use of the Barn and outdoor patios, with hotel lodging for selected guests. Wedding weekends reserve the full 10-room hotel; the listed reception arrangement includes a five-hour Barn event. Micro-wedding collections are offered for 30 or 50 guests and include a chef-curated buffet dinner and three-hour open bar. The hotel’s downtown location is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.
