Ovations Event Center is a locally owned and operated event venue located in the Fairfield-Hamilton area. The venue features elegant interiors and state-of-the-art facilities, with a versatile open-concept floor plan that can accommodate up to 400 guests. The space can be artfully partitioned to create a dedicated ceremony sanctuary on one side and a reception area on the other, allowing for seamless weddings without a room flip. For larger celebrations, the expansive layout comfortably hosts up to 350 guests with room for a grand dance floor and multiple food stations. As a BYO venue, clients have the freedom to bring their own catering and drinks. The venue provides free on-site parking, and the staff handles all setup and breakdown of tables and chairs. Rental options include 4-hour, 5-hour, or all-day access, with discounted pricing for shorter events, weekday/daytime events, and off-season dates. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures the booking. Tours are available by appointment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and up to two hours of rehearsal time can be arranged.
